🎭 DMX to GDTF Matcher

Paste your DMX channel list (e.g., Dimmer, Pan, Tilt…) or upload a fixture profile TXT, and we will find the matching GDTF file for you.

Numbered lines (1. Dimmer, 1: Dimmer) work too. If you paste a full fixture profile, the format is auto-detected.

Maximum 1 MB. Supported: ***mode:N***, --- Mode: ---, fixture-name marker (##Name;N##), numbered lists, and plain channel lists. The file is parsed in memory and never stored.

How it works

  1. Paste the DMX channel list from your console, or upload a fixture-profile .txt.
  2. The matcher normalizes channel names (so ColorAdd_R, Red R and R all match), understands synonyms (Strobe = Shutter, Colors = Color Wheel, Speed Move = Pan/Tilt Speed), tolerates small typos, and compares position-by-position against every fixture in our GDTF library.
  3. You get the top 10 candidates with a confidence score and a direct link to the GDTF download.
